We collect information you provide directly: contact details and business information submitted through our application and inquiry forms; account information for users of our team, client, and finance portals (email address, profile details); and documents uploaded to our secure portals by authorized users.
Our applications connect to third-party services that you explicitly authorize — including QuickBooks Online (via Intuit's OAuth consent) to display accounting data such as profit & loss, transactions, and invoices to authorized business owners. We access this data only to display it inside our private, owner-restricted dashboard. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.
Data is stored with vetted infrastructure providers (Netlify, Supabase, Intuit) using encryption in transit and at rest, with row-level access controls. QuickBooks tokens are stored encrypted and are accessible only to server-side functions. Access to personal documents is restricted to the individual and business administrators.
You may request access to or deletion of your data, or disconnect the QuickBooks integration at any time (via Intuit's connected-apps settings or by contacting us). Analytics on our public site use Google Analytics; you can opt out with standard browser tools.
