Acceptance

By using mythicmediaviral.com, our portals (including employee.mythicmediaviral.com and our client portal), or our applications (together, the "Services"), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. This agreement serves as the end-user license agreement for our applications.

Use of the Services

• Portal accounts are for authorized team members and clients only; you're responsible for activity under your sign-in.
• You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to violate any law.
• Form submissions must be truthful; we may decline any application or inquiry at our discretion.

Third-party integrations

Our finance application connects to QuickBooks Online with the account owner's explicit authorization via Intuit. Use of QuickBooks is additionally governed by Intuit's own terms. You may disconnect the integration at any time.

Content & intellectual property

All site content, branding, and software are the property of Mythic Media LLC or its licensors. Client and creator materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metrics and case studies reflect specific past engagements and do not guarantee future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythic Media's liability arising from the Services is limited to the amounts paid to us for the Services in the prior twelve months.
